| Preheat oven to 375. |
| Soften 1 C butter. |
| Mix together 2 C brown sugar with 1 C butter. |
| Add 3 eggs and beat well. |
| Mix in 3 1/2 C flour, 1 t soda, 1 t salt - alternately with |
| 1 C milk |
| Mix well. |
| When you add the frozen blueberries your dough will thicken up. That's OK. |
| Scoop the dough into liners. I use a cupcake scoop so all the muffins will be the same size and bake more evenly. Bake 375 degrees for about 20 - 25 minutes. Be careful not to overbake. |
